Please review these Terms of Use ("Terms") thoroughly before accessing or interacting with the BUCC Promotion Trials web platform. By navigating this website, playing the game, or submitting scores, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our companion Privacy Policy.

1. Purpose and Acceptable Gameplay

BUCC Promotion Trials is an interactive web entertainment and promotional simulation built for students, university club enthusiasts, and gamers. The game is free to play in modern web browsers without fees or obligatory subscription models.

When using our site, you agree to:

• Play the game using legitimate user inputs (keyboard, mouse, or touch controls).
• Refrain from using automated bots, memory injectors, speedhacks, or network manipulation tools to artificially inflate leaderboard standings.
• Choose candidate handles and names that are respectful and free from profanity, hate speech, or defamatory terms.

2. Leaderboard Fair Play & Disqualification

The Hall of Fame is designed to foster friendly competition among BRAC University Computer Club members and visitors. We reserve the full right, without prior notice, to delete, ban, or reset any score submission that:

• Exhibits mathematically impossible scoring or coin ratios.
• Bypasses game logic via tampered API requests or synthetic sessions.
• Utilizes offensive, impersonating, or abusive player handles.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The game code, canvas engine, custom SVG badges, sound synthesizer algorithms, and page layouts are the intellectual property of the project developer, Adittya Dey, created in association with the BRAC University Computer Club (BUCC).

The BRAC University Computer Club logo, names, and promotional hierarchy are trademarks and property of their respective entities and are used here under authorization. You may not copy, reproduce, mirror, or repackage this website or its game engine for commercial redistribution without explicit written consent.

4. Advertising and Monetization

To maintain server uptime, domain hosting, and student innovation initiatives, this website displays advertisements supplied by trusted partners, including Google AdSense. Users agree not to:

• Artificially generate ad clicks, ad impressions, or engage in click exchange communities.
• Tamper with ad delivery scripts or inject malicious redirects.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

This website and all included games, animations, and leaderboards are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for peak performance across all devices, we make no guarantees that:

• The game will execute uninterrupted, bug-free, or compatible with legacy or unsupported web browsers.
• Local browser data or leaderboard slots will remain indefinitely persistent in the event of database maintenance or data resets.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither the developers, contributors, nor BRAC University Computer Club shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to access the website.
